At Guided Path Terminal Cancer Support, Inc., we are deeply grateful for every contribution we receive. Your donations make it possible for us to provide compassionate care, emotional support, and essential resources to individuals and families facing terminal cancer across East Tennessee. This policy outlines how donations are accepted, used, and managed.

All donations are used to support the mission and programs of Guided Path, which include:

2. Tax-Deductible Contributions
Guided Path Terminal Cancer Support is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive a written acknowledgment or receipt for each donation.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
